穷养儿，指的是通过适度的挫折和磨砺来培养男孩子的危机意识、责任心和独立生存能力。这意味着让儿子多入社会独自历练，懂得现实生活的不易和语言交流的重要性，学会待人接物，诚信为人，踏实做事，不仅能够独立生存，更能养家糊口。
